Hi, I’m Jack - an Oswestry-based personal trainer.

I’ve spent the last 7 years working a desk-based 9–5 job, so I understand exactly how hard it can be to find time, energy and motivation to train. Between work, family, and life’s chaos, your health often ends up at the bottom of the list.

 

After transforming my own lifestyle, from lockdown running and half marathons, to boxing, and now navigating new dad life, and now I want to help others do the same.
